Exhibition area fee includes:

Stands will be available from the late afternoon of 15th September and should be let within the evening of 17th September

Goals according to which your personal data will be treated

Collected data will be used for the activities connected to the organisation of the e-guidance conference and future events in the field. In particular they will be used for:

- including such data in the informatics database of Melius srl (IT), transnational coordinator of the eGOS project, for any future contacts on activities and events in the field;
- including such data in the informatics database of Melius srl (IT), co-organiser of the conference, in order to produce administration documents necessary for the registration to the conference

Communication and dissemination field of your data

Your personal data could be communicated:

  • To our internal staff in order to manage the activities related to the conference;
  • To the eGOS project staff in order to manage the activities related to the conference and inform you on future project activities and events;
  • To the Radisson hotel in order to manage your participation to the conference

As the organiser of the conference in charge with the treatment of these data for the conference organizational issues is Melius srl (Italy), such treatment is subject to the Italian Law (art. 13, Decreto Legislativo 30 giugno 2003, n. 196, Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali)

The entitled and responsible person for the treatment of such data is Ms Cristina Cogoi of Melius srl (IT). You will be able to ask for the cancellation of such data after the conference for all activities apart compulsory administrative ones by sending an e-mail to: cristina.cogoi@meliusitaly.eu.
